Instructions and Warnings for the safe use of the art ‘A Glass Act’
We apologise for the legal stuff, but to depict vulnerability this is inherently a vulnerable piece of art.
You must be 18 year or older to purchase the Art.
Before buying ‘A Glass Act’ (“Art”) you acknowledge that the Art is fragile and might contains exposed shards of glass. This is not a defect.
We will ensure the Art is packaged as securely as appropriate to minimise risk of damage to the Art or you on delivery.
You must open the Art packaging wearing protective gloves to ensure any shards of glass that may have dislodged during delivery do not cause injury.
All due care has been taken to make sure any loose glass has been taken out, but please do not touch the glass on the Art with your skin as the shards may cause injury and break the skin or be dislodged damaging the Art.
Do not place the Art above beds or seating areas. The Art must be securely fitted on a wall with the correct hanging hardware for the weight of the Art.
You must ensure the Art is hung high enough that children cannot reach or touch the Art.
Ensure that anyone admiring and viewing the Art does do with their eyes not their fingers or any other body part.
